Reviving Vintage Yamaha Motorbikes: A Restoration Journey
A couple of weeks ago, a thrilling adventure for enthusiasts of classic motorcycles began as Dan and I took a trip to State College. We unearthed two historical gems: a 1972 Yamaha DT250 and a 1973 Yamaha MX250 – a model that was among the most desirable motocross bikes of its time. This MX250 was often seen as the working man’s bike, especially when compared to the more exclusive 1974 YZ, which was invitation-only.
