A helicopter was prepared for the money drop, yet the FBI agents had their own strategic plan in mind. Instead of delivering actual cash, they filled bags with decoy money, hoping to mislead the perpetrator. Following the letter's orders, the helicopter pilot, under the pretense of complying fully with the demands, landed at the designated area awaiting further instructions.
