Part 2/7:
At the Nokona factory, the process of glove assembly is nothing short of a labor of love. A single glove comprises 45 different materials, including 25 leather components just for the shell, with 120 holes meticulously created for lacing. This complexity is overseen by Rob Story, the Executive Vice President of the factory. His rich family history in the leather business traces back to 1923 when his great-grandfather started making leather purses and wallets in Noona.
