Part 2/8:
Jeremy Piven’s rise started in his hometown of Chicago, surrounded by the vibrant theater scene cultivated by his parents, who founded the Piven Theatre Workshop. By the age of eight, Piven was already performing on stage, sharing the spotlight with future stars like John Cusack. However, while Cusack rapidly ascended to fame, Piven spent years as a supporting actor, filling in as a “best friend” or sidekick in various films like Singles and Very Bad Things. He worked tirelessly, appearing in over 80 movies and several beloved television shows throughout the ‘90s and early 2000s, but he remained largely unrecognized.
