Steps Toward Integration
Identifying forms of self-sabotage is the first step toward transformative growth. Jung proposed that dreams can illuminate Shadow content, providing insights into unconscious conflicts. Techniques such as active imagination, where one dialogues with different aspects of oneself, can also be effective in revealing the motivations behind self-sabotaging behavior.
