Part 2/7:
The story of Capone's death begins on January 25, 1947. In a rare Florida storm, waves lashed at the coasts and debris scattered through Miami. Ironically, amidst this tumult, Capone, once the omnipotent crime lord of Chicago, breathed his last breath. His passing went unnoticed by the media, overshadowed by mundane sports results, and his funeral was attended by only a handful of relatives and friends. The man who had once held America in his grip was buried with little fanfare, a victim of the very violence and corruption he had perpetuated.
