Stepping inside, the interior leans towards simplicity with a basic aesthetic, employing scratchy plastics that serve practical purposes. While some may find this unappealing, I appreciated that a tougher interior is likely more resistant to wear, particularly for families or everyday use. The dashboard includes a large central touchscreen with a different user interface compared to other Xpeng models, but it was functional once I got the hang of it.
The climate control system was responsive and effective, quickly cooling down the interior on a hot day. I did notice that while there was a wireless phone charger, it only catered to one device, which could be seen as a drawback for families or tech-heavy users.
