To set the record straight: attending a sporting event is not an inherent right. When individuals purchase a ticket, they essentially enter into a contract—often filled with fine print that most might overlook. However, the crux of the matter is that teams and venues hold the authority to dictate the atmosphere, expectations, and conduct required within their spaces. Simply put, buyers of tickets are considered guests, and with that status comes a responsibility to adhere to the established norms of behavior set by the hosts.
