Terrifying Collision: MLB Star Luis Arraez Injured in Game
In a shocking turn of events during a game between the San Diego Padres and the Houston Astros, infielder Luis Arraez was left motionless on the field following a sickening collision. The incident occurred during the opening inning at Minute Maid Park, as Arraez attempted to reach first base.
The Incident
On a seemingly routine play, the 28-year-old Arraez collided violently with Mauricio Dubón, a utility player for the Astros. Running at full speed, Arraez struck Dubón’s left shoulder, resulting in a hard knock that took him out cold. As both players fell to the ground, it was evident that Arraez had sustained a serious injury; he remained motionless in foul territory near first base.
