Good morning to everyone tuning in! With the approach of Memorial Day weekend and the beginning of summer, there's an air of excitement that always seems to accompany this time of year. May has always been a special month for me, particularly because it signals warm weather after the cold April showers. It’s a moment that reminds me of the beauty of New York as the flowers bloom and festivities commence, especially with my birthday falling right in this joyful month on the 27th.
