The 1920s brought the opportunity of organized crime through Prohibition, as the 18th Amendment banned alcohol but did not decrease its demand. Al Capone swiftly capitalized on this opportunity, establishing a sophisticated and brutal bootlegging empire. However, his inability to adhere to the established rules within the crime organization led to conflicts, and ultimately, his dismissal from Capone’s crew.
