In 1989, paired with Jerry Seinfeld, David co-created Seinfeld, a show that turned the mundane absurdities of everyday life into comedic gold. Drawing heavily from his own experiences, David infused the show with characters based on real people from his life, including his neighbor Kenny Kramer, the inspiration for Cosmo Kramer.
Seinfeld ran for nine seasons and is often cited as one of the greatest television series of all time. David not only co-created the show but also penned several of its most critically acclaimed episodes, culminating in Emmy victories and billions in syndication revenue.
