When analyzed by party affiliation, the findings reveal a critical weakness for Democrats. Only 16% of Americans view them as having strong leadership compared to 40% for Republicans. Moreover, merely 19% of individuals believe the Democrats are effective in delivering results. Alarmingly, even within their own ranks, only 32% of Democratic voters see their party as having strong leaders, while a vast 51% of Democratic identifiers feel that neither party effectively accomplishes anything.
