  1. Aristocracy: In place of the monarchy, an aristocracy emerges, consisting of noble statesmen who initially act in the interest of the populace. Yet, as this class becomes self-serving, it evolves into oligarchy, where elite individuals exploit the system for their gain.

  2. Democracy: The overthrow of the oligarchs often leads to democracy, wherein the masses have a voice. Unfortunately, this system can devolve into mob rule, characterized by demagogues who manipulate the populace for power, replacing the tyranny of one with a multitude of tyrants.

  3. Return to Strongman Rule: As chaos ensues, citizens search for a strong leader who can restore order, thereby commencing the cycle anew.
