Jurogan emphasized that the fight was not personal—despite the emotional buildup, he treated it purely as a professional challenge. He observed that Tia took the fight very seriously, coming in in incredible shape and displaying a bully-like attitude in the ring, a trait familiar in his opponent. Yet, Jurogan drew from his own experiences of being bullied in childhood for being overweight, which gave him an edge in standing up to Tia’s aggression.
