In 2020, GW responded to this by requesting a YouTuber to remove Warhammer from his channel after racist rhetoric emerged during his streams. They have also explicitly stated that Warhammer is for everyone, condemning hate and intolerance within its community. Still, the ongoing co-opting of its imagery by hate groups remains a challenge, with some factions actively seeking to align the universe’s aesthetic with their agendas.
