In response to customer dissatisfaction, Disney is adding elements like Minnie’s Wonderful Christmas Time fireworks display and Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Time parade—these are included in the ticket price, making it a more comprehensive holiday experience albeit at higher costs. To sweeten the deal, Disney also offers complimentary seasonal snacks such as ice cream, popcorn, and bottled beverages, which previously came free at some events.
