Analysis shows that the majority of the increased early vote turnout is concentrated in traditionally red and lean-red counties such as Washington County, Rine County, and Kosha—all experiencing more than 67% increases compared to 2023. Notably, in Milwaukee and Dane counties, the increase is modest—around 4–8%—but altogether, the red counties have contributed over 62,000 additional votes. This trend signifies that GOP supporters are increasingly motivated to vote early.
