Though Schwab has yet to reveal who will succeed him, reports indicate that his current chief deputy, Borg Brenda—who serves as the organization's president—may take on a more prominent role. It is also suggested that Schwab's family members remain embedded in leadership positions, hinting that little may fundamentally change in the organization's direction.
