Engaging in conscious effort, we can rewire these neural pathways, moving from a fixed "Perception Box" to a more expansive, growth-oriented mindset.
A practical approach involves deliberately focusing on small wins. For example, asking oneself and others to identify daily or weekly accomplishments shifts attention from perceived deficiencies to achievements, no matter how minor. Recognizing these successes helps to illuminate a different narrative, gradually replacing negative loops with positive affirmations.
