Human brain development, especially during adolescence, is driven by interaction with complex, powerful concepts and working backwards to find meaning.
Effective education must therefore foster respectful, developmentally appropriate engagement with social and moral issues—helping young people grapple with the complexities of their lives and society. Such engagement not only motivates learners but also cultivates a sense of purpose and helps them develop their identity, which are essential for lifelong well-being and societal contribution.
