Part 2/8:

In March of this year, a mother and her 14-year-old daughter visited an M&S store as the girl was picking out her first bra. During this seemingly routine shopping trip, an employee who identifies as a woman—described as a man approximately six foot two inches tall—approached the young girl and offered assistance with trying on her first bra.

The girl was reportedly horrified and immediately reported the incident to her mother. Both left the store promptly, upset by the interaction. The mother lodged a formal complaint, expecting accountability and a measure of protection from the store.
