Charlie's legacy is deeply rooted in his unwavering commitment to the principles of free speech and conservative values. Those close to him share memories of a leader who took genuine time out for individuals, regardless of their age or background. Caroline, a Turning Point USA ambassador who knew Charlie personally since she was 14, recounted their interactions. She remembered how Charlie, despite being busy, often went out of his way to encourage young voices, including her.
