These messages revealed disturbing details, including references to retrieving a rifle from a drop point, leaving it concealed, and inspecting the area where the weapon was stored. Specific phrases like “left the rifle wrapped in a towel,” mentions of “engraving bullets,” and discussions about a scope indicated premeditation and intent. Robinson’s communication also indicated he had changed outfits, possibly to evade detection.
