Education systems propagate party slogans, and youth are encouraged to pursue “safe” careers—civil service, state-owned enterprises, or jobs assured by party allegiance. The focus is on stability and collective service rather than personal transformation. The aspiration is less about one’s individual dreams and more about aligning with state goals.
