The biggest visual downgrade appears at the front lower bumper, now a large unpainted plastic panel, simplifying manufacturing and repair processes. Despite that, the car carries over the same Tesla front-camera setup, maintaining the advanced driver-assist features.
On the side, traditional power-folding mirrors are replaced with manual folding units, a cost-saving measure that might be minor in daily use but noticeable to some drivers. The wheel options remain the same, but in this case, the vehicle was equipped with the optional $1,500 upgraded wheels — 19-inch Pirelli Scorpion tires with the standard system being 18 inches.
