There is widespread skepticism about Hamas's willingness to disarm voluntarily. Many experts believe that Hamas’s leadership might be deceiving negotiators, as the group retains significant influence and leverage through their hostages. The question remains whether Hamas’s leadership is prepared to surrender its weapons permanently, which could mark the end of its terror campaign.
