The event needed to be extraordinary, and it had to be executed within an incredibly tight timeframe — just three days from conception to completion. The team faced the daunting task of creating an extravagant setup on a jet, a space that leaves little room for maneuvering.
According to founder Olayinka Saini, her team had only 30 minutes to set up the entire display aboard the aircraft. The setup included 30 balloons, each with custom ribbon bows, and a seven-foot floral garland anchored by a giant handmade bow, all meticulously crafted to create an opulent atmosphere fitting for a celebrity.
