Part 2/10:
Despite the tumult, Belichick still maintains his job—for now. However, the upcoming game against the People's Republic of California (assumed to be UCLA or another California-based team) is possibly the last time we’ll see him on the sidelines for North Carolina. The prognosis for this season is grim: with a 2-3 record and likely 2-4 after their next defeat, the team has been decisively outmatched, losing by an average of 29 points in their three losses. The victory against Charlotte and Richmond is scarcely enough to mask the deep cracks in the foundation of the program.
