Part 10/13:
Meanwhile, Blue Origin's New Glenn is making strides on its path to operational status. The giant rocket has reached Space Launch Complex 36 in Florida, where integration is in full swing. Alongside, their New Shepard suborbital vehicle successfully flew six passengers on a quick trip, reinforcing Blue Origin's presence in both suborbital and orbital sectors.
The New Glenn rocket, towering at nearly 98 meters, is being assembled with hopes of its maiden launch soon—aiming for possible launches in early November. The focus remains on reusability, with plans to recover and refurbish the booster on a landing ship called Jacklyn. The heavy equipment for handling the massive stages, including the LR13000 crane capable of lifting thousands of tons, is now in place.
