Who makes strategic decisions?
Other organizations, such as Community Justice Exchange and its National Bail Fund, have actively funded protesters detained during the George Floyd riots. These groups are tied, directly or indirectly, to prominent funders like the Tides Foundation, a well-known conduit for left-wing philanthropy and activism.
