The premiere of Melody was held at the Rialto cinema in Piccadilly Circus, and she vividly remembers the celebratory atmosphere, including a party at the nearby London Inn, where Ringo Starr was present. The film became a massive hit in Japan, which led her to travel there when she was around 13. She recounts spending six weeks touring Japan with her mother, visiting temples and experiencing the country's culture firsthand. Although a planned film project in Japan was ultimately canceled due to financing issues, the experience left her with cherished memories.
