Dart’s debut performance showed flashes of promise, yet the recent game against the Eagles was different. For the first real time this season, he connected with receivers on deep plays, delivered accurate throws, and showcased his dual-threat ability with effective designed runs and scrambles.
Despite some missed opportunities—like two potential touchdowns thwarted by drops and a pass interference penalty—Dart’s gameplay was a significant upgrade. His ability to extend plays with his legs was reminiscent of the elusive magic that top-tier quarterbacks possess.
