The most poignant scenes were perhaps those involving Avinatan Orur, who was present at the Nova Music Festival attacked by Hamas terrorists. During the attack, he was seen hiding with his girlfriend Noah, who was later captured and taken toward Gaza. That harrowing video—showing her reaching out in distress, pleading, "Don't kill me"—became one of the most widely shared images of the conflict. Despite having a chance to escape earlier, Avinatan chose to stay with Noah, refusing to abandon her, which ultimately led to their joint captivity.
