Shadows, reflections, or camera glitches can all appear as humanoid shapes, especially in low-quality footage.
She advocated for a systematic, layered approach to investigating paranormal videos. This involves cross-referencing multiple sites of anomalies, correlating them with environmental data, witness reports, and multiple recordings. Only then can researchers determine whether a phenomenon is truly anomalous or just a product of perceptual bias or technical artifacts.
