The Ambiguity of the Venue’s Future
One of the most frustrating aspects was that Loyola refused to identify the new owner, citing a desire to remain anonymous. Caitlyn and Evan remain uncertain whether the mansion will continue to be used for events or if the new buyer plans to renovate or repurpose the property entirely. This ambiguity leaves the couple with limited options as their primary wedding date was booked at the mansion for most weekends in the summer.
They expressed concern about the timeline, noting they cannot afford to wait until November for any decisions, especially since their wedding is just over a year away. The generic apology letter from Loyola offered little comfort, merely stating, "We apologize for any inconvenience."
