ITQ, a backend player in travel distribution, recently solved a 50-year-old legacy problem—developing AI-based fair rule interpretation for airline tickets—showcasing how AI can address long-standing industry challenges. This project represents a step toward making India a competitive player on the global AI stage.
The vision is to build an intuitive, experiential platform that evolves rapidly—initially within three months—and continues to improve as user preferences and industry dynamics change. The approach emphasizes leveraging open-source components, domain-specific knowledge graphs, and community talent rather than solely focusing on training new models.
