This stack allows the AI recruiter to simulate human interactions, asking qualifying questions, answering FAQs (such as salary or documentation queries), and maintaining engagement with candidates. These calls are recorded and used for continuous model improvement, fine-tuning the system based on real-world data from millions of interactions.
The AI system currently supports Hindi and English but is being expanded to include additional Indian languages—an essential feature given India’s linguistic diversity.
