High materiality, low ambiguity: Standard solutions, well-understood problems—straightforward to implement.
High materiality, high ambiguity: Complex, uncertain projects requiring experimentation and ecosystem building.
This framework helps prioritize efforts and avoid pitfalls like spending excessive time on trivial or low-impact tasks.
