Part 4/11:
The process begins with robust data acquisition: sensors on aircraft continuously feed both snapshot and real-time operational data into cloud-based storage systems. This data fuels analytics dashboards and supports ongoing monitoring. G Aerospace has pioneered this approach over 30 years, monitoring around 44,000 engines 24/7.
The collected raw data undergoes transformation into interpretable insights through AI-powered digital twins, specifically the Gasp Digital Twin. Analogous to personalizing a device setup, each engine's digital twin captures its unique operating patterns, health metrics, and station-specific data. This personalization enables targeted maintenance, predicting which engine components require servicing without unnecessary disassembly.
