Information: Data given context—if we interpret those numbers as ages of individuals in a room, the data becomes informative with added meaning.
Knowledge: Applying interpretation—identifying that most individuals are under 21, thus gaining insight into the group's age distribution.
Wisdom: The culmination of understanding—using the knowledge to make decisions, such as organizing age-appropriate activities for the group.
This layered process illustrates how each level adds context, interpretation, and utility. AI effectively processes data and, increasingly, information, knowledge, and sometimes even approaches wisdom through complex algorithms and interpretative models.
