The most vulnerable are:
Mid-level employees who are neither entry-level nor senior leaders, often stuck in middle management positions and expensive to retain.
Those focused on outdated systems or slow to adopt new technologies.
Individuals resisting or unable to learn AI skills, especially if they are over 50 or lack digital literacy.
