Wages, labor conditions, and economic models differ, making it impossible for the U.S. to replicate China’s scale and cost structure easily.
Moreover, the domestic debate often centers around short-term political gains rather than sustained strategic investment. This dissonance hampers the nation's ability to robustly pursue a strategic reindustrialization that could safeguard its future.
