Lead scoring is a predictive technique used by marketing and sales teams to identify prospects most likely to convert. The goal was to process incoming leads from Salesforce in near real-time, compute a likelihood score, and feed insights back into the CRM dashboard within 30 seconds.
Technical Approach
- Event Capture: The Salesforce CRM was configured with Change Data Capture (CDC) blocks, capturing create and update events for entities such as leads and opportunities.
