At zero, booster 15 roared to life with 33 engines firing to lift off in a spectacular ascent. The launch was smooth, with booster 15 executing a hot staging maneuver—shutting down 30 engines before reigniting Ship 38’s six engines for further ascent. Booster 15 then flipped for its boost-back burn, heading back toward the coast and executing a simulated landing burn before splashing down into the water.
