Revolutionary Guard units and drone factories established ties with Maduro’s government, providing technology and advisers, further complicating the regional landscape.
All these foreign interventions—Russian military support, Chinese financing and infrastructure, and Iranian military aid—formed a "triangle of cooperation." This consortium of allies strengthened Venezuela’s defenses and economic resilience while diminishing US influence.
