Part 4/13:
The Super Heavy booster executed its descent with precision, utilizing grid fins for aerodynamics and control during re-entry. Despite a successful burn and re-entry phase, the booster was unable to meet the commit criteria for a targeted catch at the landing tower — a planned offshore recovery off the Gulf Coast of Texas. Nonetheless, the booster performed a safe splashdown in the Indian Ocean, marking yet another successful water landing for SpaceX's reusable booster fleet and a significant milestone in Starship operations.
