Tesla’s recent robotaxi showcase marked a significant milestone, with 19 Cybercabs and 29 Model Wi vehicles operating autonomously in a public demonstration. Over 2,000 passengers experienced a seamless ride in these vehicles, which completed more than 1,300 trips with zero incidents, showcasing Tesla’s strides in full self-driving (FSD) capabilities. Most of the operating AI software was near-production qualify—specifically the upcoming V13 release—indicating Tesla’s readiness to deploy this technology at scale soon.
