Once powered on via a switch, the Falcon 2 displays indicators for air assist status, safety alerts, and lens condition. It features an emergency stop button for immediate shutdown, a key lock for safety, and USB/SD card slots for file transfer. The system is controlled through an onboard interface, allowing users to calibrate, preview, and start engraving jobs directly from the machine or via LightBurn software connected to a laptop.
