The focus is on improving the view from the house and creating a space that will eventually host a small, one-room cabin. The vision includes clearing out the dead and overgrown cedar trees, which are considered ugly and problematic, opting instead to preserve the oak trees that are healthier. The aim is to gradually work back further into the property, removing obstructive growth and deadwood, making room for a future relaxing porch area where residents can enjoy their morning coffee with a beautiful view.
